The singers replace the departing Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul, and Simon Cowell and Epic Records boss LA Reid will continue in their roles as judges on the show.

Speaking about her new role, Spears said: “I couldn’t be more excited to join The X Factor judging panel. I’m a huge fan of the show and now I get to be a part of the action. Simon and LA better watch out!”

Lovato added: “I’m so thrilled to join this legendary group of judges. To be able to spend each week with Simon, LA and Britney watching the best that America has to offer is truly a dream come true.”

Simon Cowell also spoke about why he’d chosen the pair, adding: “I’m absolutely delighted Britney and Demi are joining us. Britney remains one of the biggest stars in the world, she’s talented, fascinating – and I believe she knows exactly how to spot The X Factor. ”

So I have to ask, with all the hype how do you think will be the better judge?

When the Biebs first sang to us: Baby baby baby ohhhh, girls everywhere fell in love with this young singer.  He was charming and of course he had that hair! Now Justin Bieber is 18 with a new look and sound getting ready for his new album to drop June 19^th Which Bieber do you prefer? I love his new song “Boyfriend” so that’s my Bieber!

In addition to his performances which were amazing, Usher appeared alongside Ferrell in the “2012 Funkytown Debate” skit, in which he played a character named Galactic Fantastic. With an oversized afro, the R&B entertainer played a wacky sidekick who brought in his singing voice to support Farrell’s side of the grooving song debate.

Usher got even more facetime when he was joined by Justin Bieber, Justin Timberlake, Michael Bolton, Will Ferrell and Natalie Portman, who all made cameos in the episode’s special 100th Digital Short. Paying tribute to some of the most popular Shorts like “Di– in a Box” and “Shy Ronnie,” Andy Samberg, Jorma Taccone and the Biebs most fittingly put on a big-time celebration with accompanying jingle. It was an all-star affair and brought back some major giggles — especially when JT and Portman reprised their original Short roles.

Usher’s brand new album, “Looking 4 Myself.” is due in stores and at online retailers on June 12. This Friday, Usher will perform a mini concert as part of the Today Show summer concert series. He’s also scheduled to perform at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards on May 20. I love me some USHER!

In my opinion it’s a bit extreme and kind of disturbing. I know it’s very common for women to continue to breastfeed their child at age 3, 4 and even older in some countries. I don’t have an issue really with that. It’s a personal choice and we all know the health benefits of breastfeeding. It’s the way to go. But how long is too long?

Here’s what Mom Jamie said about the cover and article which is on, attachment parenting.

“We knew exactly what we were going to get in to,” Grumet said about the cover and story, which focuses on the theory of attachment parenting. What Grumet, who said she was breast-fed until the age of 6, didn’t expect was the public’s immediate, almost visceral reaction.

How could she not think the world wasn’t gonna react to a picture like that? I knew a Mom who was frustrated that her 5 year old daughter wouldn’t go to sleep at night until she breastfed her. This Mom didn’t want to do it anymore but constantly gave in. I suggested that she needed to get tough and break the cycle. Put your foot down and be the parent. What message does that send to a child??

There are lots of different theories on attachment parenting which is a close bonding and nurturing connection with your child through co-sleeping, breastfeeding. Some doctors love it and other’s don’t.

“When you give a child the feeling that the whole world revolves around them, it’s not good training for the real world,” said psychotherapist Dr. Robi Ludwig. “The whole world doesn’t revolve around anybody.”

Rihanna recently talked about what it was like working on her first film admitting that she was very intimidated on set, and how she experienced some serious nerves!

“I’ll answer this, because it’s probably uncomfortable for them to say no, but I was the one that was intimidated. You know, we have a mutual respect for each other’s industry. I was walking into this as an amateur — a complete amateur. I didn’t know anything and I had a good team to learn from. I watched them, and especially Taylor, ’cause we did a lot of scenes together and he would always offer me advice.”

Rihanna said her biggest intimidation was working with Liam Neeson. I like that Rihanna seems very humble about her experience as an actress and I’m sure this film is the first of more to come. Madonna didn’t get to where she is today by playing it safe. In fishnet stockings and black lingerie, Madonna rolls around on the floor while she sings, “I know I shouldn’t act this way/I know good girls don’t misbehave/But I’m a bad girl.” She is selling it and isn’t that what an ad is suppose to do? If only all of us had the courage to sex it up like that. Maybe we just need Madonna’s new perfume “Truth or Dare” to get there!!!

But the sexy ad seems to stem from a more innocent place. Madonna lost her mother when she was 5 and the memory of her mothers scent holds a special place in her heart.

“I have always been obsessed by fragrance and for years wanted to create something personal that was an expression of me, but that other people could relate to as well. Something classical and timeless and yet modern.

My oldest memory of my mother is her perfume. I carry it with me everywhere. She always smelled like Gardenias and Tuberose. An intoxicating mixture. Feminine and mysterious.”

Madonna’s first fragrance, “Truth or Dare” will be sold exclusively at Macy’s this month.
