Em’s new CD Recovery is insane!! Every song, every beat! I listen closely hanging on to every word he says wanting more! I love Eminem! I have since day one and the more I get to know him and his music, the more I respect him and what he does for Hip Hop. If you’ve never really listened to his lyrics and the way he can paint a picture then you may not get him. Yes his angry, brutally honest and I think he’s a lyrical genius. I was not surprised when Recovery debuted at #1 selling 741,000 copies his first week! I was hoping he would sell a million!!! Poor Miley Cyrus she can’t compete. Her new cd, Can’t Be Tamed, debuted at #3 selling only 102,000 which for Miley/Hannah is not big numbers. Bad timing or bad music??

And hip hop fans are in for a real treat this summer when Eminem and Jay Z hit the stage together co-headlining for two massive concerts at their hometown stadiums. I can’t even imagine how crazy this concert is going to be! I’m also the biggest Jay Z fan so this is like a dream for me….And guess who will be in Detroit baby!!! Omg I’m so excited!! Catch Eminem and Jay Z at Detroit’s Comerica Park on Sept. 2 and 3rd and at Yankee Stadium on Sept. 13 and 14th. Plan a trip and get your tickets!!!
